What we collect
This site has no analytics cookies or third-party trackers. When you send the request form, we receive the details you enter and your consent, plus the time, IP address and browser user-agent for abuse prevention.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation when requested. If an enquiry becomes a contract, the details may become part of the customer record.
Who receives it
Your submission is stored in our database in the Philippines and sent to our team by email through Resend, whose servers are outside the Philippines. We do not sell your details or use them for another organisation's marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for two years from your last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or it becomes part of a contract record we must retain.
Your rights
Under RA 10173, you may ask to access, correct, object to the use of, copy or erase your personal information. Contact our Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission.
